Returns & Refunds

If you're not completely satisfied with your products, we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive your item. Please note that after 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund.

 

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. 

 

You are responsible for any shipping costs to return items.

 

RETURNS PROCESS:

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm we got it. Following this, we will inform you whether your refund request has been approved or denied. Should your refund be approved, we will process it, and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.

  

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If your refund doesn't appear, please start by checking your bank account once more. Next, reach out to your credit card company, as there can be a delay before your refund is officially processed.

EXCHANGES:

Due to the specific nature of the products we sell, we only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged (and unopened). If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please reach out to us by clicking the "Contact Us" link at the top of this page to send an email.
